The food is average but the bed is awesome comfort and the bathroom is squeaky clean. Air-conditioning is cool with no humidity at all.

Located nearby Pratunam market & Platinum mall, 10mins away by walking. 7E nearby hotel. A lot of massage shop nearby too. They provide shuttle to certain point but only for 1 way. They won’t fetch you back to the hotel.

Hotel manager was quick to provide solution. My family room does not have a black out curtain, which was my main issue as I have young kids who needs to take a nap, and will be woken up at 7am due to the brightness in the room. Escalated to the manager, and he managed to find a solution immediately the next day - and installing a curtain for us. Superb service by the hotel manager!

The staff is super friendly, they have a drive you into the neighborhood service free of charge, the main shopping possibilities are all at walking distance, like the Paladium mall and the Bayoke market and nightarket. Plenty restaurants with good food nearby as well

Staffs were really helpful and friendly. Approachable to provide recommendation. Tuk tuk drop off at locations, spare our legs from walking even more. Great service, recommended.

Clean, spacious, staff are always smiling, everyday they are cleaning the room, with free shuttle and breakfast. They even have breakfast box in case your flight will be early and you cannot stay for the buffet breakfast

Location is near Phaya Thai station (airport rail link), but still about a 15 minute walk over uneven streets and alleys so with luggage it's a little challenging. The hotel has all the basics you need as a base of operations to explore Bangkok.

i like the room which is spacious, and the location of the hotel was near and easy to get to nearest market or 7-11. essentially a prime location to everywhere, and super safe. the breakfast was okay but it did not have many options for muslim travellers.

Location was great. Staff very helpful and friendly. Place was simple and basic but all necessary things you need to a short trip is provided. Near 711 Near massage parlors Near platinum mall and Pratunam market Further but walkable to Central World
